What we collect
Your email and, if you choose, your first name when you sign up for a free sheet or contact us; a mobile number only if you add it; anything you write to us. Once you type a complete, valid email into a sign-up form, we save it with any first name and the page address, even if you do not press the button, so nothing is lost if you step away. An email you have not submitted is not added to any call, text or email sequence. Standard web server data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) is recorded by our host.
How we use it
To send what you asked for, to answer you, to send occasional educational emails (unsubscribe anytime), and, if you add a mobile number, to text and call you about your request as described below.
Text messages (SMS)
Program. Hans Goldstein: Tax & Exit Planning text messages about the numbers, sheet or session you requested.
How you opt in. We text you only if you add your mobile number in the optional "Text me" step and tap "Text me", or if you text us first. It is never required to get a sheet or anything else.
Frequency and cost. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop; we will send one confirmation and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. Service providers that run our email, CRM, scheduling, text messaging and hosting may process it only to provide their services to us. Calendar booking is handled by a third-party scheduling tool. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
